In 2026 we are excited to offer both running and strength & conditioning training for our North Shore Running Kids & Teens! Together with Sydney Performance Lab, we are excited to watch your kids thrive in all their sporting endeavours.


Track training includes technique and fitness skills and drills for all track events.
We focus on:

Our functional strength program is developed for pre-teens and teens 11+. This program utilises age- and development-appropriate training to enhance sports performance, engagement in physical activity and support growth and development throughout the crucial teenage years.
In addition we offer the Girls Strength Lab which is a girls only learn to lift program, focusing on learning the fundamentals of strength training in a safe, welcoming environment. The girls will be coached through proper technique, basic lifts, and simple strength exercises while building body awareness and confidence in the gym.
